Branding and Packaging a Veggieburger
NoBull Burgers are plant-based burgers with no bull in them. We were responsible for creating a new identity system, package design, brochures, and trade show graphics. For the logo, we found a way to illustrate a bull that isn’t a bull— a bull sprouting leaves became the icon. The brand needed to feel handmade, different from the hockey-puck veggie burgers on the market. For the packaging, we decided to show the burger through a window — a burger-shaped window. Now the consumer can see the handcrafted patties with chunks of veggies. Each of the five flavors has distinct burger toppings illustrated in a painterly style, plus a defining color, all within a naturally tasty palette.
